This one goes back a minute. Back to the 2000's. Or was it the 90's? Honestly, it's a blur. As one of our first renovation projects, 315 W. 26th Street was a challenge. We loved the bones of this one - we just hadn't watched enough HGTV to know what we were doing. We've watched hours and hours now, so we've got it.
